One of our very first reference customers for custom CRM system development was Infoszf\u00e9ra Kft., established in January 2000. Their main activity is the organisation of one-day professional forums, training courses, seminars, conferences. The software developed by Di\u00f3-Szoftver Kft. facilitates the processing of orders through different channels and speeds up the organisation of deliveries. The custom CRM system is connected to the onlineajto.hu webshop, Circuit routing software and the invoicing module of Kulcs-Soft. Drivers can track the delivery route on their smartphones and see the products to be delivered to each address. When goods are dispatched, they can initiate invoicing from here and keep track of cash receipts.<\/p>\n\n\n

One of our business management software projects involved Somivill Flex Ltd, a company that has been manufacturing and repairing high pressure industrial hoses for the construction, engineering and automotive industries for over 2 decades. In 2020, the company's management identified the need for a new warehouse management, order processing and customer records management software. High pressure hose manufacturing is a unique manufacturing process where the number and size of components and materials used vary, so the use of these components and materials must be recorded for each product. Inventory management is supported by stock level monitoring, electronic warehouse receipts and barcode data entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the CRM module of the software, you can keep a record of your customers and the products they purchase. The software is complemented by an invoicing module, which is linked to the samlazz.hu program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Amazonk kft <\/a>is engaged in the production of stockings. The aim of the development project was to support the process of hosiery production. A key objective and result of the introduction of the sofzver was to measure the use of yarns, dyes, additives and knot fillers and to detect waste. A further result of the introduction of the software was the complete elimination of paper-based records of production, with workers recording their activities on tablets placed in the plant during the production process, thus reducing the number of errors and making the production process more scannable, and the performance of individual workers measurable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registering yarns and dyes to the nearest gram significantly reduces material accounting errors, which were previously accounted for as losses, as the exact quantity used is known at every stage of production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the most complex pieces of work we have done in the area of ERP software was the software we implemented for FAAC. The aim of the development was to provide the company's managers with a comprehensive view of the brainstorming process and to be able to follow its steps. The software, developed by Di\u00f3-Szoftver Ltd, replaced the previous Excel spreadsheet and paper-based data management.Production workers can record each step on tablets located in the plant, and managers can use the<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The software sends regular notifications to stakeholders about each step of the process and alerts them if the process is delayed or stalled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result of the implementation of the software, processes were streamlined and made more transparent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among our FM software references, we would like to highlight Adema Solution Ltd., which provides cloud services for real estate management (FM) companies. Years of continuous development have resulted in an integrated solution that is complex and connects multiple applications. The software supporting the internal processes of FM companies in the cloud was developed by Di\u00f3-Szoftver Kft. The AdemaSys (Advanced Error Management System) module, implemented for the first time, supports the process of checking, maintaining and repairing technical equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the second phase of development, a cleaning process support module will be completed to organise and control cleaning work in office buildings, malls, hospitals or factories. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To help you manage your high-value machines and tools, you can use the Tools module to keep a record of the tools you need for your FM activities. The software shows who has a tool and whether it is in the right condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
